Zero G: Setting the Upper Limit - 485 Motor

• The upper limit will be set from the factory.
• If the upper limit needs to be adjusted, follow these steps

---

Step 1:

• Remove the board from the enclosure.

---

Step 2:

• Disconnect the motor from the board

---

Step 3:

• Connect the motor directly to the MOTOR ONLY side of the MOAB.

---

Step 4:

• Ensure all DIP switches are in the ON (up) position.

• If pairing is required, press and hold the Green Button until the Green LED flashes and the 485 Pairing LED turns OFF.

Step 5:

Adjust the Upper Limit:

• Use the RED/UP and BLUE/DOWN buttons to position the screen at the desired upper limit.
• Press and hold both the RED and GREEN buttons until their LEDs flash. Release to save the upper limit.

Step 6:

Switching to User Mode

• Move Dip Switch #1 into the OFF position.

Step 7:

• Re-connect the motor to the board.

Step 8:

• Close the Control Panel. Carefully push up the control center back into the tray ensuring the cables or 4 motherboard are not damaged.
• Tighten panel fastening screws.
  • Do not force the control panel. If it does not close easily, reopen the panel and look for wires or other obstructions and then attempt to close it again.
