Leveling and Squaring the Screen

• This step is important to ensure proper operation of the screen

Step 1:

• Measure from the inside top of the cassette to the front tip of the wing.
  • Do this on both sides, and should be within 1/16"
  • Loosen the Thumb Screw.
  • To raise the wing, turn the knob in the direction it ratchets, 1 click is approximately 1/8"
    • Lifting up the wing while raising can make this easier.
  • To lower the wing, support the wing so it does not drop, press the release and slowly lower the wing.
  • Tighten the Thumb Screw.

Step 2:

• Measure from the top of the wing to the bottom of the roll.
  • Do this on both sides and should be within 1/16".
  • To raise or lower the roll, on the roll end cap there are 2 screws. 
    • Loosen one of the screws, but do not remove it.
    • Crack the second screw loose.
  • While holding the bottom of the roll, rotate the end cap to either raise or lower that side.
    • Rotation will be the opposite on the other side.

Step 3:

• Cycle the screen 2 to 3 times.
• Confirm the measurements again.
