DRYWALL

Step 1: METHOD 1 - DRYWALL

• Put the zipnuts together as shown below, then place back inside the cassette on both sides.
• Each cassette includes the zipnuts preinstalled.

Step 2: METHOD 1 - DRYWALL

• Install brackets center blocking at the end caps.
• Secure blocking by screwing in place. With lag 2 bolts, screw the sheet metal brackets into the blocking with lead screws installed. 

---

The zip nut on each side of the cassette allows the 3/8 x 16 all-thread rod to insert and lock like a zip tie; line the zipnut up with the lead screws and ratchet upwards to zip halfway. Ensure the cassette is completely level.

Step 3: INSTALLING THE CASSETTE

• Slide the cassettes zipnuts into the all thread to the desired height.
• Fine tune the level of the cassette by turning the all thread with the hex on the end.
