Initial Setup – Connecting LED IP to Philips Hue
Before starting, make sure your Hue Bridge is powered on and connected to your Wi-Fi network.
🔧 Steps to Connect:

Plug in the LED IP power supply to an outlet.
– The LEDs will turn white after a few seconds. -
Open the Philips Hue app on your phone or tablet.
– Go to Settings > Light setup. -
Tap the “+” button, then select “Search”.

Wait a few seconds.
– Once connected, the LEDs will turn green. -
In the Hue app, you’ll see:
– "Extended Color Light 1"
– "Dimmable Light 1"✅ Use "Extended Color Light 1" to control your LEDs.
❌ Delete "Dimmable Light 1" (it’s not needed). -
You can now rename the light and use it like any other Hue lamp!
Reset – Required to Connect to a Different Philips Hue
Follow these steps to reset your LED IP before pairing it with a new Hue Bridge:
🔧 Steps to Reset:

Make sure the LED IP is powered on.

Turn it off for at least 2 seconds.

Turn it back on and wait for the LEDs to light up.

Repeat the off/on process a total of 4 times.

The LEDs will now blink for 10 seconds.
-
After blinking stops, repeat the off/on process 2 more times.
-
The LED IP will reset, and the LEDs will return to white.
