The Irismo mini motor is designed to drive all types of curtain tracks.

The Irismo mini actuators are intended for fabric curtain tracks installed horizontally, for indoor use only.

Any use outside the specified application scope is non-compliant. Somfy is not liable for improper use or failure to follow instructions, which will also void the warranty.

Step 1: Installation

Mark the bracket positions, drill the ceiling or wall, attach the brackets, and then mount the rail onto the brackets.

Unlock the motor, insert the motor shaft into the drive pulley hole, and lock the motor.
Step 2: Wiring

Ensure cables passing through metal walls are protected and isolated.

Secure cables to prevent contact with moving parts.

Connect the power supply jack to the motor (use only the Somfy power supply).

Plug the power adapter into the electricity supply.
Step 3: Commissioning

For RTS versions: Connect the power supply, press the Open and Close buttons simultaneously on the RTS control, and the motorized product will move up and down to pre-program the control point.

At the first command (Open/Close), the motor records the hard stop position.

Check and adjust the motor rotation direction if necessary.
Step 4: Setting Limits (RTS)
- At the first command OPEN or CLOSE, the motorized product make a first run to record the hard stop position.
Step 5: Motor Rotation (RTS)

Press the OPEN button on the RTS remote.
- If the motor opens, the direction of rotation is correct.
- If the motor closes, the direction of rotation is incorrect: Move onto the next step.
- Press and Hold the STOP/MY button on the RTS remote until the motor moves: The direction of rotation has been modified.
- Press the OPEN button on the RTS remote to check the direction of rotation.
Adjusting Motor Rotation:

Move the motor away from the end limits.
- Press and Hold the OPEN and CLOSE buttons of the RTS remote simultaneously until the motor moves.
- Press and Hold the STOP/MY button until the motor moves to reverse the rotation direction.
Step 6: Adjusting the OPEN Limit (RTS)
- Press the OPEN button to move the motor to the end limit to be readjusted.
- Press and Hold the OPEN and CLOSE buttons of the RTS remote simultaneously until the motor moves.
- Press and Hold the OPEN or CLOSE button to move the motor to the new desired position.
- To confirm the new open limit, press and hold the STOP/MY button until the motor moves.
Step 7: Adjusting the CLOSED Limit (RTS)
- Press the CLOSE button to move the motor to the end limit to be readjusted.
- Press and Hold the OPEN and CLOSE buttons of the RTS control point simultaneously until the motor moves.
- Press and Hold the OPEN or CLOSE button to move the motor to the new desired position.
- To confirm the new closed limit, press and hold the STOP/MY button until the motor moves.
Step 8: Factory Resetting the motor (RTS)
This reset deletes all control points, all the sensors and all the end limit settings, and resets the motor’s favorite position (my).
- For the RTS version, to reset the motor, use a pin to press and hold the PROG button until the motor moves 3 times.
- All the settings are erased.
Step 9: Setting Favorite (MY) Position (RTS)
- Place the motor in the desired favorite position (MY).
- Press and Hold the STOP/MY for ≈ 5 seconds until the motor moves: the desired favorite position (MY) has been programmed.
To Recall the Favorite (MY) Position:
- When the motor is stopped.
- Briefly press STOP/MY button: the motor starts to move, and stops in the favorite (MY) position.
Step 10: Adjusting the Touch motion sensitivity (RTS)
- Press and Hold the OPEN and CLOSE buttons of the RTS remote simultaneously until the motor moves.
- Press and Hold the OPEN and CLOSE buttons simultaneously until the motor moves to switch from high sensitivity, to low sensitivity, to no touch motion, and back to high sensitivity.
- Press and Hold the STOP/MY button until the motor moves to confirm the setting.
