Warning: An activation button has been added to safeguard the internal steel cable system. Before turning on the power, ensure that you completely remove the yellow adhesive tape from the screen. Failing to do so could damage the internal steel cables and create safety risks.
Intelligent electric screen has 5 control methods:
- Manual control (cycle button)
- Wireless control
- Dry contact control
- RS485 or RS232 control
- 12-Volt Trigger
MANUAL CONTROL:
- The manual control button is located on the left side of the enclosure near the RJ45 connection.
- Pressing the button will command the screen to extend, pressing the button will command the screen to stop, then again to retract, then stop in sequence
RF REMOTE CONTROL:
- Press the Down button, screen extends to set position.
- Press the Stop button, screen will pause.
- Press the Up button, the screen will retract.
Pairing/Unpairing (Remote has been paired at factory)
The first method:
- Press and hold the cycle button for 3 seconds, the screen will jog once, entering the pairing mode; within 10 seconds, press both the up and stop buttons on the remote control simultaneously, the screen will jog once again, indicating that pairing is complete.
- The process for deleting a code is the same as pairing; odd-numbered operations will pair, while even-numbered operations will delete the code.
The second method:
- Disconnect the screen’s independent power supply for 10 seconds and then reconnect it.
- Within 10 seconds, press both the up and stop buttons on the remote control simultaneously, the screen will jog slightly, indicating that pairing is complete.
- The process for deleting a code is the same as pairing; odd-numbered operations will pair, while even numbered operations will delete the code.
DRY CONTACT, RS485 or RS232 CONTROL, 12V TRIGGER:
RS485/RS232 Port Settings:
- Data Bits: 8 bits
- Stop Bit: 1 bit
- Baud Rate: 2400
Hex Control Code:
- Up: FFEEEEEEDD
- STOP: FFEEEEEECC
- DOWN: FFEEEEEEEE For some central controls, you need to set the address code: FFEEEEEEAA
- Learn address code command: FFXXXXXXAA (XXXXXX represents hexadecimal characters other than E and 5)
- When connecting via RS232 or RS485, if you cannot control the screen to perform the required actions, please switch the two control wires.
- The resistance of the wiring loop should be less than 20Ω; Do not run wires parallel to strong sources of interference.
- For the 230 port setting: 2400, n, 8, 1, a data string should be sent twice in succession.
