Zero G: Adjusting the Upper Limit

Prerequisites: Please review the Zero G: Overview and Zero G: Flush Mount Installation Instructions before proceeding.
Note: The upper limit will be set from the factory. If the upper limit needs to be adjusted, follow these steps based on your motor type.
Motor Type Identification
485 Motor (Shipped after 7/18/2024)
- Comes with the MOAB programming tool
DCT Motor (Shipped before 7/18/2024)
- Uses the Somfy Wall Switch Keypad
Using a MOAB (485 Motor)
Step 1: Remove Control Board
- Remove the board from the enclosure
Step 2: Disconnect Motor
- Disconnect the motor from the board
Step 3: Connect Motor to MOAB
- Connect the motor directly to the MOTOR ONLY side of the MOAB
Step 4: Configure DIP Switches and Pairing
- Ensure all DIP switches are in the ON (up) position
- If pairing is required, press and hold the Green Button until the Green LED flashes and the 485 Pairing LED turns OFF
Step 5: Adjust Upper Limit
- Use the RED/UP and BLUE/DOWN buttons to position the screen at the desired upper limit
- Press and hold both the RED and GREEN buttons until their LEDs flash. Release to save the upper limit
Step 6: Switch to User Mode
- Move DIP Switch #1 into the OFF position
Step 7: Reconnect Motor
- Re-connect the motor to the board
Step 8: Close Control Panel
- Close the Control Panel. Carefully push up the control center back into the tray ensuring the cables or motherboard are not damaged
- Tighten panel fastening screws
Warning: Do not force the control panel. If it does not close easily, reopen the panel and look for wires or other obstructions and then attempt to close it again.
Using a Wall Switch (DCT Motor)
- Put the switch on the back of the Wall Switch into the UP position
- Use the UP and DOWN buttons to position the screen at the desired upper limit
- Move the switch on the back of the Wall Switch back to the Center Position
