Adding a DecoFlex WireFree™ RTS Wall Switch
Initial Installation Guide
⚠️ Important: During the initial setup, it’s recommended to only provide power to the motor or RTS receiver that you are programming. This prevents accidentally pairing with unintended devices.
Step-by-Step Instructions:
1. Put the RTS Motor or Receiver into Programming Mode
-
Follow the specific instructions included with your RTS motor or receiver to enter programming mode.
-
The motor or receiver will indicate it's ready (usually via movement or LED feedback).

Press the desired channel button on the DecoFlex switch.
-
The LED next to the button will light up, confirming your selection.
(See Figure 1 for channel layout.)
3. Pair the Switch with the Motor or Receiver
-
Using a paperclip or similar tool, press and hold the small programming button on the DecoFlex switch for no more than 1 second.
-
The motor or receiver will confirm pairing—this may be a jog of the motor or a blink of an LED.
Once completed, the DecoFlex WireFree RTS switch will be paired and ready to control the selected motor or device.
Adding Additional Channels or DecoFlex WireFree™ Wall Switches
⚠️ Tip: You can expand your setup by adding more channels or additional DecoFlex switches. Follow the steps below to pair new devices with your existing motor or RTS receiver.

Deleting Specific Channels or DecoFlex WireFree™ Wall Switches from Memory
⚠️ Important: When deleting, do not perform the procedure on the device or channel you are trying to remove. Always initiate the process from a previously programmed switch or channel.
Step-by-Step Instructions:
1. Enter Programming Mode Using an Existing Channel
-
Using a paperclip or similar tool, press and hold the program button on an already programmed DecoFlex switch or channel (not the one being deleted).
-
Hold for about 3 seconds.
-
The RTS motor or receiver will confirm that it's in programming mode (usually via a jog or light response).
📌 Refer to Figure 1 below for button locations.
2. Select the Channel You Want to Delete
-
On the DecoFlex switch to be removed, press the channel button you want to delete.
-
The LED next to the button will light up to confirm the selection.
💡 Only one channel can be deleted per session. To remove multiple channels, repeat the full process starting at Step 1 for each.
3. Confirm the Deletion
-
On the same DecoFlex switch, briefly press the program button (no more than 1 second).
-
The RTS receiver or motor will confirm the deletion of that channel or switch.
