⚠️: Illustration below shows where the projector should be mounted when using Black Diamond or Slate materials.
Frame Assembly – Retention System
Step 1: Position the Frame
Place the frame with the VIEWING SIDE FACING DOWN on a clean, soft surface.
Step 2: Install Center Brackets
Install the center support system, which includes:
- The Center Connector Bracket (attaches to top and bottom horizontal frame sections).
- The vertical I-Beam Support.
Secure the Center Connector Bracket using hex screws.
✅ Best Practice: Leave the rounded I-Beam Anchor Brackets loose until the vertical beam is secured.
Step 3: Install Corner Brackets
Each corner uses four brackets:
- Two with hex screws (for locking into the frame)
- Two without hex screws (for additional stability)
🔧 Note: Ensure corners are aligned and flush before tightening.
Step 4: Square the Frame
Measure both diagonals (A and B) of the assembled frame.
The diagonals should be equal or within 1/8" of each other. If the frame is not square, push from the longer diagonal until both diagonals match. Once square, fully tighten all corner screws.
Step 5: Secure Vertical I-Beam
Align the I-Beam Support with the anchor brackets. Fully tighten the anchor brackets to hold the beam securely in place.

Step 1: Prepare for Zigbee Integration
If using the IP (Zigbee) LED controller, a Philips Hue Hub is required for integration. Set up the Hue Hub before powering the LEDs.
⚠️ Important: If the controller is added after installation, it must be forced into pairing mode, which will require removing the screen from the wall.
Step 2: Install LED Light Strip
Remove the plastic diffuser from the LED channel on the frame.
Apply the LED light strip into the channel. Ensure the connector is fed through the hole in the frame.
Step 3: Reinstall the Diffuser
Once the LED strip is in place, re-apply the plastic diffuser to the LED channel.
Step 4: Connect the System
Mount the LED Kit tray into the Frame.
Plug the 4-pin LED light connector into the power and communication box.
Verify that power and communication are functioning correctly.
Step 5: Plug Into LED Controller
Connect the LED strip to the controller plugs inside the frame.
Zigbee LED Wiring & Controller Setup
⚠️ Important: Input voltage must equal output voltage — mismatched power can damage the LEDs or controller.
Step 1: Prepare for Connection
Before wiring, depress the terminals on the controller where the LED strip will connect to insert the wires.
Match the wiring according to the RGB LED strip diagram:
- Connect +12V or +24V (depending on strip voltage)
- Match R (Red), G (Green), B (Blue) signal lines to their corresponding terminals on the controller.
Insert wires fully and release the terminal to secure the connection.
Step 2: Mount the IP LED Controller
Mount the controller to the desired surface using included screws or double-sided adhesive (if provided). Ensure it is placed in a dry, accessible location for future pairing or maintenance.
Step 6: Flip the Frame
After securing the vertical support beam, carefully flip the frame over so the viewing side is facing up. Tighten the hex screws on all corner brackets from this side.
✅ Best Practice: Ensure all corners remain aligned and flush after flipping.
Material Installation – Retention Frame
Step 1: Position the Material
With the frame facing up, roll the material over the frame. Align the corners of the material to the frame. In each corner, press the material into the lock groove using the Material Insertion Tool.
🔁 Repeat for all four corners to ensure alignment.
Step 2: Lock the Material in Place
Move to the center locations of each vertical and horizontal section. Press the material into the lock groove at each center point. Continue pressing the remaining material into the lock groove along all edges.
⚠️ Note: If the material doesn’t lay flat, gently slide the insertion tool in the direction needed to smooth it out.
Trim Installation – Retention Frame
Step 1: Install Trim
Align each trim piece with the edge of the frame. Press the trim into place, working one side at a time. Repeat this step for all four sides.
⚠️ Note: If the trim is not fitting, use the material insertion tool to make all the retention system is fully seated in the groove.
Wall Mount Installation
Step 1: Install the Mounting Brackets
⚠️ ONLY 2 BRACKETS ARE REQUIRED FOR ALL SIZE SCREENS
Mount the brackets to the wall between 6 inches and 1/3 the width of the screen from both the left and right edges. This spacing provides proper weight distribution and support.
Step 2: Prepare for LED Power (If Applicable)
If an LED kit is installed: Carefully pull the bottom of the screen away from the wall to access the power plug.
Manage cables carefully — ensure the electrical cable does not contact the back of the screen.
Step 3: Mount the Screen
With two or more people, lift the screen and carefully mount it onto the installed wall brackets.
Confirm the screen is level and secure to complete the installation.
Flown Kit Ceiling Mount – Installation Instructions
Step 1: Determine Mounting Locations
Install the ceiling mounts between 6 inches and 1/3 the width of the screen from the left and right edges.
Ensure the screen will hang centered and balanced in the intended space.
Step 2: Anchor the Ceiling Mounts
Once placement is confirmed, anchor each ceiling mount into a joist, beam, or similar structural support.
⚠️ Note: Always drill into a structural element that can safely support the full weight of the screen.
Step 3: Feed the Suspension Cables
Feed the cable through the Griplock mechanism, leaving enough slack to reach the channel nuts in the upper frame of the screen.
Attach the Griplock assembly securely to the frame.
Step 4: Adjust Height and Leveling
Pull the suspension cable through the Griplock to raise the screen to the desired height.
To lower the screen, slightly lift the screen to relieve tension, then press the Griplock release button to let the cable slide down.
Make fine adjustments to level the screen side to side.
