Projector Placement
-
Mount your projector lens level with the top or bottom of the screen.
-
Do not angle the projector or use keystone correction—this can distort image quality.
Frame Assembly
- In a clean, open area, unpack and lay out all frame pieces velvet side down.
-
Insert corner brackets into the ends of the vertical (short) frame pieces.
⚠️ : Note: Larger screens use 2 brackets per corner -
Slide vertical pieces into the horizontal frame pieces, square up the corners, and lightly tighten the set screws.
-
This ensures perfect 90° corners so the material fits properly.
-
Measure diagonals corner-to-corner.
-
They must be within 1/4” of each other.
-
Attaching the Screen Material
- Carefully unroll the screen with protective foam in place to avoid scratches.
Installing Tensioners
2: Distribute tensioners along the frame:
-
-
One tensioner per hole in the screen material
-
Loosen the screw, hook the tensioner into the screen material hole
-
Applying Initial Tension
- Apply tension in stages:
A: Right & Left sides: Tighten evenly until moderate tension is applied
B: Top: Tighten just until screws stick out about 1/2"
C: Bottom: Tighten until hooks just contact the screen holes
⚠️ Only apply light tension top/bottom. Final tensioning happens after the frame is mounted to the wall.
Wall Mounting & Final Tensioning
A. Install Wall Brackets
-
Mount top and bottom brackets where the screen will be installed.
-
Bottom brackets should be upside down and placed as close as possible to the frame height minus 1/4”.
B. Hang the Screen
-
Lift the frame and hang it securely on the top brackets.
C. Lock into Bottom Brackets
-
Push the bottom of the frame down and in to snap over the bottom brackets.

Final Tensioning for Flatness
Tension the Screen for Optimal Flatness
A. From the back of the screen, use the included ball hex driver to tighten the hooks.
B. Use a balanced tightening pattern to ensure the screen stays centered and evenly tensioned.
-
Follow the same pattern again to apply additional tension for the flattest result.
